Real Estate Investment
Foreign investors who invest in real estate can obtain the Golden Visa with a validity of 10 years, which can be extended under the same conditions.
Requirements for Real Estate Investors:

Ownership of one or more properties with a minimum value of AED 2 million (no down payment required).

Proof of ownership through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) or a similar authority in another Emirate.

Optional: Ability to use mortgages or financing models, provided the equity portion is at least AED 2 million.

Fixed Deposit Investment
Investors can qualify for the Golden Visa by providing proof of a deposit of at least AED 2 million.
Requirements:
